Sports and fitness equipment is continually updated and improved to offer our members the best possible facility at the best possible price. Fitness SuiteThe 40-station Fitness Suite at the Clifton College Sports Centre offers carefully selected multigym, cardio and weight-training equipment and is spacious and airy. With full audio visual entertainment, your workout experience will always be an enjoyable one. SwimmingOur 25m indoor Swimming Pool is maintained at a constant 29°C and has well-equipped changing rooms. We run a programme of 'adults only' and 'open swim' sessions and once a month, our Pool Inflatable Fun session will give all children a fun-packed few hours! MembershipTwo facilities – one membership, one price! Take a look at our fantastic membership offers. CourtsOur Badminton and outdoor Tennis courts (tennis April – September only) are also available as part of the membership package offered, including the hire of equipment if required. Guests are also admitted free for all racket sports! Access to Squash courts through the Redland Lawn Tennis and Squash Club, with courts bookable directly through them, is also included in our membership fee. ClassesWe offer a small but popular selection of Fitness Classes, including Circuit Training, Boxercise and Dance Classes, all available to members and non-members alike. Personal TrainingWe have personal trainers on site that can offer you top quality training and nutrition advice from experienced sports people (additional charges for these services). We set targets high, but always remain aware of individual needs – age, injuries and health, as well as personal goals. FlexibilityBeing able to use our facilities at two different sites enables you to vary your training programme and your environment, making every training session a stimulating and challenging experience. Our two sites also kelp you make the most of our flexible opening times. ExperienceAs well as the excellent sports facilities on offer, Clifton College Services Limited have many other opportunities for you to enjoy - children can attend our programme of activities during school holidays, whilst adults and children can enjoy regular shows at the Redgrave Theatre.
