Clifton College Sports Centre offers a select range of exercise classes at a time to suit you. They are available to members and non-members alike for a small fee each time, and with no pre-booking required, you can turn up freely to each session.

Our Circuit Training classes go from strength to strength, with larger numbers and more challenging exercises each week! Our resident ‘Krav Maga’ martial art sessions bring a self-defence element to our class timetable, and are available as taster sessions. We have mixed martial arts classes once a week to help you keep fighting fit, and our Kickboxing sessions are bound to work you to your limit! Finally, our Friday night Dance classes, including Dance Fitness and Ballroom help bring a bit of Latin flavour to Clifton!
