Pitch Hire - Astroturf Pitches

The site has 2 full-sized sand-dressed Astroturf pitches and another medium sized Astroturf pitch. They are fully floodlit and are ideal for football, hockey, netball and tennis all year round. These pitches provide up to 9 floodlit 5-a-side pitches and are available to hire at the following times:

• Monday – Thursday evenings from 18:00 – 22:00
• Friday evenings from 18:00 – 21:00
• Saturday mornings 9:00 – 13:00
• Sundays from 9:00 – 16:00

Weekly football leagues (8-a-side) run throughout the year and are extremely popular. To enter a team, to be included on our mailing list, or for further details, please contact agodfrey@clifton-college.avon.sch.uk.

Pitch Hire – 3rd Generation Astroturf Pitch

In November 2008, Clifton College Sports Ground unveiled the biggest and best 3rd Generation pitch in the South of England. This pitch is fully approved by both FIFA and the IRB, making it the ideal artificial surface for football and full-contact rugby. If you want to play on the best surface possible – whatever the weather – make a booking for this pitch and enjoy a great sporting experience.

Following recent redevelopment and levelling, Clifton College Sports Ground now offers a large number of high-quality grass pitches throughout the year. Ideal for tournaments of all kinds including football, rugby, softball and even Ultimate Frisbee!

Pitch Hire – Water-Based Hockey Pitch
