Sponsored Skip

On Saturday all the girls at the Pre took part in a sponsored skip to raise money for the very worthy cause of the Heal Nutrition Fund in Zambia, a charity set up by Old Cliftonian Zoe Lang after spending time in Zambia on her gap year. The charity was set up to help a nutrition fund for an orphanage in Zambia, the Transit Home.

All the girls were put into teams and allocated challenges to do during the afternoon including who can do the most double skips, skips with a partner, cross arms and at least one rope per team was turning constantly for the whole hour of the challenge.

So far £350 has been raised but we hope to make £1,500 in order to buy a chicken run and some chickens for the Transit Home.

After the energetic hour of skipping there was a cake sale in the Pre Hall, which proved extremely popular!

Thank you very much to all who helped out on Saturday, the girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
