Butcombe Play
– The Pied Piper

Last week Years 2 and 3 joined together to produce a fantastic musical in the Redgrave Theatre. The story was based on the Pied Piper of Hamelin and told from a modern viewpoint. The singing was outstanding with several solos and duets which proved Year 3 to be a very talented group of singers. The dancing was also to be much admired as both Year groups entertained the audiences with everything from modern rats to Morris dancers. All in all it was an exhausting but spectacular experience for all concerned and definitely one to remember!
