Junior Games
Fred Adomakoh only started triple jump a year ago and has made it to the National Schools Championships achieving 6th place in the Juniors and 11th place in the Intermediate age group in July of this year. During this time Fred has jumped an impressive 13.26.
Fred represented England in the triple jump UK Junior Games in Glasgow. These games are a platform to discover and track sporting talent for the 2012 Olympics and Fred certainly has ambitions to be part of the London Games.
