Developing the Catering Service

It is our policy and commitment to provide a substantial and varied menu selection with quality choices to meet the majority of student, staff and visitors needs and to ensure healthy options are always available at each meal service. We aim to create an environment and service that compliments this policy and maintains a developing and proactive department. Food and services to be procured from carefully selected suppliers and fresh commodities to represent 90% of our meal production. We always follow a due diligence ethos in all our activities to ensure customer care and satisfaction.

It is our commitment to continuously seek to improve and introduce new ideas and services to meet the needs of our clients. To this aim we consult regularly with the House Food Representatives through scheduled meetings each term and the agreed results reflect in menu and service changes which are introduce in a practical time scale. This active group really has an influence in channelling the clients’ views.

We have a highly visual management presence at each meal service and welcome comments from all clients.

We operate an 'Open Door' policy whereby we welcome individual or collective discussions to keep us informed of our services to you.
