Hallward's House Trips

The best day out - bar none!

For most girls, up there in their top 5 ‘specials’ is chocolate and for the girls and staff of Hallward’s House a day at a chocolate factory was a must. So on Sunday 15 October we spent a blissful day at Cadbury World in Birmingham. Here we were told the history of chocolate, we ate chocolate, we watched chocolate being made, we wrote our names in chocolate and we had a tour of the chocolate factory. It was a super day and gave us quality time together as a House - and when it was time to go home what did we do? Well, of course, what else? We needed to buy more chocolate! Back at Hallward’s the girl’s and staff all had supper together which was a lovely end to a lovely day.
