Clifton College WebsiteWho are the Website Committee?Johny Gill began life in Clifton in nursery year and is now studying English Language, English Literature, and German for A2. He has taken to the Website enthusiastically and would be happy to accept any feedback, criticism or to raise subjects that others feel need to be raised, (whatever the cost!) His particular interests are Law and the German language but in his spare time he enjoys going to gigs and seeing what his hometown Bristol has on offer. Acting is also one of his passions; he has joined the House play cast for the past three years running. Esther Kovoor joined Clifton College in Year six in the Preparatory School and has now reached her final year in the Upper School. She is currently studying Maths, Philosophy and English Literature and her interests particularly lie with key philosophical and religious questions present in today’s society. Having grown up in an international theological college and being a well travelled individual, Esther loves interacting with people from different cultures and aspires to learn more on her Gap Year. She is also passionate about music and will be attending some of the individual lunchtime recitals to provide an update on many of the school’s talented musicians. Vanessa Nwuka is 16 years old. She joined Clifton College inthe Lower Sixth. She is studying Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Business Studies. She also plays tennis in school, and she would love to be a Doctor after attending university. Her greatest inspirations are her parents and Oprah Winfrey. During her spare time she loves reading novels, cooking, travelling and trying out new things she's never done. She will be writing about politics and current affairs for the school website. Maddie Walters is in the Upper Sixth in West Town, having arrived at Clifton in the Third Form. She loves all things literature; expressly reading, and is planning on taking an undergraduate course in literature next year. Currently, she is taking History, English Literature, Psychology and Art, and her greatest ambition is to one day become a published author. She will write on drama and books for the school website. © 2006-12 Clifton College | |||||||
